The Guide Dog Foundation and America’s VetDog’s President and CEO John Miller, a member of the class of 1992 from Hills East, visited students from Hills West in Mr. Vierling's Marketing and Business Ownership classes to discuss how unique marketing efforts can result in awareness and donations for non-profit organizations.
Students at Hills West came together to celebrate Black History Month with the annual AASO (African American Student Organization) performance, this year titled "A Black History Carol," that consisted of student performed song, dance, spoken word, and theatrical renditions.
In celebration of Black History Month, Hills East AASO (African American Student Organization) members along with students from the National Art Honor Society used their artistic creativity to decorate the English hallway with book covers to honor African American authors.
