HOMEWORK

It is suggested that every student should have at least two "homework buddies" for the school year. Your homework buddy is someone you can call for assignments when you are absent for three days or fewer. On the fourth consecutive day of absence, you may call the Counseling Center and request missed work. Missed work will be ready for pick-up in the Counseling Center 24 hours from the date and time it was requested.

Teachers are not required to provide homework and assignments when students are out for illegal absences, such as vacations.

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES

Parent-Teacher conferences can be scheduled at anytime through the counseling center. The district designates three evenings in the fall for parent conferences. In late October parents will be sent information regarding the evening conferences. Parents should contact the guidance counselor to arrange individual meetings as necessary.
