Plenty that's Good for You

The Board of Education has established a nutritional policy for the Child Nutrition Program, which states that the concepts of good nutrition, which are taught in the Health Program, will be put into practice in the School Breakfast and Lunch Program. To provide well-balanced, nutritious meals and snacks we avoid foods that contain chemical additives, artificial color, artificial flavor enhancers, trans fats, nitrites, nitrates, tropical oils, excessive added salt and sugar. There are no fryers in our kitchens, so we bake, sauté, steam or roast all of our food. We do not sell soda or candy.

  • Lean Beef & Bean Taco filling
  • Soups - Vegetable, Chicken Noodle, Turkey Rice, Minestrone
  • Macaroni & Cheese - made with low fat milk
  • Pasta Salad with Fresh Vegetables

Elementary students may buy lunch for $3.00 and Middle School and High School students may purchase lunch for $3.25. Students may purchase a regular breakfast for $1.75 or a super breakfast for $2.00 & $2.10. Nutritious snacks, priced from $.75 to $1.25, are available daily.
