Your client id is “hhh”. Your username is your first initial, last name and your password is your last name; all lower case.You may go into “settings” on the left hand side of the screen to change your log in credentials.
Follow the “Quick Start Guide” for instructions on how to submit field trip requests.
For field trip name, please put your school name first and then the name/destination of your field trip.
Under destination, there is a section for notes.This is where you can include the purpose of your field trip.
At the bottom of the request form, you are able to attach any documents pertaining to your trip such as itineraries or student list.
Important: All field trips must be submitted at least 15 business days prior to departure.
There are five levels for all field trips:
Level 1 – Requestor
Level 2 – Building Principal
Level 3 – Transportation
Level 4 – Department Heads and Coordinators
Level 5 – Assistant Superintendent
Levels 2, 4 and 5 can highlight and double click a field trip to open up the submitted request to review before approval.Once you have looked at them, you can highlight the field trips using the Ctrl key and click the “check” box and select your level to approve or deny the field trip.
