Our Physical Education program is strongly committed to introducing and promoting a plethora of lifetime fitness knowledge. It is our goal that our students take the P.A.C.E. challenge to further their advancement in their physical and social health. We encourage our students to be active with an adult to promote healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Students have to log ten hours of exercise time with their parents, guardians, or other adult supervisor. We feel that our community will benefit greatly from this challenge. Students who successfully partake in this challenge receive a bracelet that reads “Otsego Supports Healthy Habits” along with a certificate as reminder of making healthy habits for themselves and their families.
This is a pilot program and will be introduced to the other elementary schools during the year.
