West Hollow Artists Create Geometric Abstractions
Chip Parker

Ms. Brosnans's 8th grade art students are working on their Geometric Abstractions projects. After creating tessellations (repeating patterns of lines and shapes), students chose a complementary color pair and painted high (adding white or making tints) and low (adding black or making shades) as well as mixing with grey and each other to see what happens to their values.
