Sunquam Elementary kicked off Autism Acceptance Month with a week focused on inclusion, understanding and celebrating neurodiversity.
Students and staff participated in themed days including Rainbow Day, Sensory Friendly Clothing Day and a day to show unity in Sunquam gear.
The activities brought the school community together to promote empathy, acceptance and an appreciation for the many ways we learn and connect.
