Students & Staff Support P.S. I Love You Day
Chip Parker

Students and staff members across the district came together to support P.S. I Love You Day by wearing purple and spreading love to help raise awareness about bullying, mental health and suicide. This special day helps show support to others in the community who are fighting their own battles and lets them know that they are not alone.

The Hills West Ichtus Club put together purple lollipops and Lifesavers guides (pocket-sized guides that include resources for suicide prevention and help for those at risk), and Ichtus Club members and the Student Executive Council handed them out to students and staff as they arrived at school. The Hills East Rising Stars Club honored the special day with a collaborative art mural and by selling goodies to fundraise for the foundation.
