Congratulations to the thespians in the High School East Players and Theatre West who were recently honored at the Hunting-Tony's awards ceremony!
West's Gioianna DiGiorgio won Best Lead Actress in a Play for her performance in the fall drama production of It's A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play, East's Kylie Polani won Best Supporting Actress for her role in the fall drama With Their Eyes, and East's Deanna DeVilla won Best Featured Actress in a musical for her role in Gypsy.
Theatre West also won Best Set Design in a Play and Best Play for their fall drama It's A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play, and Best Orchestra Pit and Best Costumes in a Musical for their spring musical Merrily We Roll Along, while East won Best Technical Production in a musical for Gypsy.
