The students in Mrs. Short’s 5th grade class at Signal Hill worked with Mrs. Perepezko, Mrs. Short and Mrs. Rodriguez to code the first initial of their name in binary code. They then used that code to make a bracelet!
The students in Mrs. Short’s 5th grade class at Signal Hill were challenged to “unplug” for a day as part of their 2023 PARP (Pick A Reading Partner) program.
They went the whole school day without using any devices and worked with Mrs. Perepezko, Mrs. Short and Mrs. Rodriguez to code the first initial of their name in binary code. They then used that code to make a bracelet!
