The entire middle school cohort of Rising Stars recently attended an event at the Fran Greenspan Administration Center where they participated in several service activities like making blankets, preparing sandwiches and gathering toiletries for three shelters on LI.

In addition, they had two guest speakers come from Angels of Long Island to speak with them regarding hunger and homelessness on Long Island. The Rising Stars Clubs from Hills East and West also participated in a Q and A session with the 8th graders to speak about high school.
