On October 18th, select 4th grade music students participated with their families at the 17th Annual P.E.A.K. (Parents, Educators, and Kids) festival at Northport High School. The PEAK festival is a celebration of elementary classroom music and choral singing.

Selected students across Suffolk County were invited to represent their schools and attend 3 musical workshops including Bucket Drumming (led by Otsego's Mrs. Lucie), Chorus, Music Games, Spooky Beats, Folk Dance, Music Mayhem and Found Sounds.

Parents, educators and kids were able to have a unique opportunity to make music together with a culminating performance at the end of the festival. The elementary music teachers are so proud of their students for representing Half Hollow Hills!
