The Hills West Counseling Center recently brought seniors interested in a career in medicine to an introductory symposium by the Suffolk Academy of Medicine called the 'Doctors of Tomorrow' Scholarship Program.

The students learned from a panel of physicians who outlined the trends in medicine, curriculum requirements and available scholarship assistance. Attendees also had the opportunity to submit an essay, spend a day with a physician and could qualify for scholarships.
