Congratulations to our students who earned top honors in this year’s Huntington Youth Writes Competition!

 

First place winners included Vanderbilt’s Lucas Goberdhan in 4-5th grade poetry, West Hollow’s Tejasvini Prasad in 6-8th grade short story and Olivia Lederer in 6-8th grade poetry.

 

Additional honorees included Paumanok’s Ridesh Roy who earned 2nd in 4-5th grade essay, Candlewood’s Diya Modi who placed 2nd in both 6-8th grade short story and essay and Hills East’s Michael Deaner who took 3rd in 9-12th grade short story.
