This year, Half Hollow Hills 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students participated in the Sandy Hook Promise's Start With Hello Week the week of September 27th by taking part in activities to teach empathy and empower students to end social isolation.

Our social workers reminded students the importance of connecting and including others, students took a pledge to Start With Hello, and they were introduced to their new elementary guidance counselor, Ms. Angileri.
