Congratulations to Hills East junior Jocelyn Chavkin on being recognized by Senator Jim Gaughran with a NY State Senate Youth Leadership Award for collecting previously used laptops that could be provided to students in need during the pandemic.

Thanks to her hard work, Jocelyn was able to secure over 40 laptops for students who did not have any.
