117 Teachers Complete Science Of Reading Microcredential Program

117 of our elementary teachers and administrators completed the Science of Reading microcredential program offered by SUNY New Paltz.

Last March, our elementary teachers and administrators had the opportunity to enroll in the Science of Reading microcredential program offered by SUNY New Paltz.

 

This 35 hour course, completed over a six month period, focused on the five key areas of reading instruction as evidenced by reading research. The coursework highlighted research-based tools and practices that can be used with any literacy curriculum.

 

We are proud to announce that 117 Half Hollow Hills teachers and administrators participated in the microcredential!
