Last evening, the Half Hollow Hills Central School District Board of Education approved our Reopening Plan for the 2021-2022 school year. The plan focuses on a safe return to five days per week of in-person instruction for all students, along with athletics, extra-curricular activities, busing and measures taken to reduce the need for quarantining students and staff.

The plan is aligned with the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH), New York State Education Department (NYSED) and Suffolk County Department of Health Services (SCDHS). Since the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic remains fluid, we will revise the plan when necessary and share those updates with our educational community.
