Governor Cuomo has signed into law legislation that officially includes COVID-19 under the definition of illness for the purposes of requesting and receiving an absentee ballot for school district and BOCES elections. This means that individuals may request an absentee ballot under the temporary illness provision due to fear of contraction of COVID-19.


Please follow this links below to access the application for an absentee ballot. Completed applications must be received at least seven (7) days before the election if the ballot is to be mailed to the applicant, or the day before the election if the ballot is to be delivered personally to the applicant or to his or her designated agent.
